Yes, I do headshots! But what I don’t do, is take the ordinary ole headshot. I want to make you look like a boss. I want your clients, your supporters, whom ever it is that you’re trying to reach, to look at you and really see you. No matter what it is you do, it’s important to introduce yourself. And one of the best ways to do that is with a fun, authentic headshot session.

Meet Caitlyn, the very vivacious one. Who will not let you skip a beat. She will dance like Beyoncé, which will make you wanna dance and she will 100% PUMP-YOU-UP. And not to mention, Caitlyn also works as a successful Macro Coach. Whether you are a Metabolic client or not, you can truly count on her to help you achieve goals that are only specific to you.

And when we coincide fitness with how positively we view ourselves, one can only expect that they are two positively correlated ideas. The more you stay on top of your fitness routine, the better you feel! This is something I have experienced first and foremost since I started taking care of myself more. You work out, you feel good, and the best part- when you look in the mirror, you really like what you’re lookin’ at. All I can really tell you is that my insecurities minimize each and every time I lift a dumbbell.

Meet Alissa- the newest member to the Metabolic Coaching Team. She is a Certified Nutrition Coach and a Behavioral Change Specialist. She’s determined. She’s consistent. And she was definitely some type of female gladiator in her past life, just by judging from her impeccable work ethic. She used to work nights you guys! And if you don’t know what third shift is like, just ask her.

And this is where accountability + discipline = triumph. Beginning a fitness journey can seem grueling at first, but once you get over it, there is nothing that can stand in your way. When you add physical activity to your life, it will inevitably be followed by more victory. Whether that be inside or outside of the gym, you will soon notice that you have the power to achieve anything. And let my rational mind speak to you for a second while you forget how much you have going on, THERE IS ALWAYS TIME TO BE PHYSICAL.

Meet Josh. Josh is the all-rounder. He is a Corrective Exercise Specialist, a Flexibility Trainer, a Fitness Nutrition Specialist, and a Macro Coach. I mean, what doesn’t this guy do? Nonetheless, Josh is a Metabolic staple. He keeps you on your toes and his forward outlook on life is contagious- you’ll feel it as soon as you walk in and he greets you by name.

And this is where I bring it up. We are all going to reach our end. But who is to say how quickly we get there? You and you only. And that is where maintaining your health should serve as a front runner on your life’s to-do list. I’m talking about longevity, here. Science does not keep this a secret, guys- biological age can overcome your chronological age by simply eating healthy and staying active. There is no ceiling to life and you can get ahead of the climb now.
